Frequently Asked Questions
-
You should be comfortable riding for several hours a day with significant elevation gain, for four consecutive days. The camp is designed for motivated enthusiasts who have a regular practice and are ready to take on the beautiful but challenging terrain of the Jura Mountains.
-
We primarily ride as one squad to maintain the "Pro Team" atmosphere. However, on longer climbs, participants can ride at their own pace, and we regroup at the summit. For those looking for a lighter day, we offer "flexible loops" where you can complete a portion of the route with a pre-arranged shuttle return to the Basecamp.
-
Don't worry. This is a training camp, not a race. We regroup at key points to debrief, analyze the session, and discuss training techniques. Our support vehicle is always nearby to provide a lift if your legs need a break.
-
Yes. That is the soul of this experience. You will share every kilometer with our featured athlete. While the intensity is adapted to the group, you will operate under the same conditions as a pro: receiving real-time advice, discussing tactics, and learning from their immense experience.
-
The routes are carefully curated to be challenging but accessible. A baseline of technical skill is required for gravel or mountain descents, but nothing is insurmountable. We use the Selection Call to discuss your technical background and ensure you feel confident on the planned terrain.
-
Basic mechanical assistance and a support vehicle are provided on every ride. You can leave spare layers, personal nutrition, or extra gear in the "Team Car" and access them at various points throughout the day.
-
Your bikes and gear are stored in a fully secured, private garage on-site at the Basecamp. We treat your equipment with the same respect as a pro team mechanic would.
-
Absolutely. A dedicated cleaning station with professional-grade products and tools is available. You can maintain your bike yourself or ask for guidance on pro-level bike care.
-
We work closely with our athletes' partners to give you a "factory pilot" experience. Depending on availability and sizing, you will have the unique opportunity to test the specific components, tires, or tech that Annabel uses in world-class competitions.
-
We provide a comprehensive floor pump and a shared tool kit for standard maintenance. However, we strongly recommend bringing any specific spare parts for your bike (e.g., dedicated derailleur hanger, proprietary brake pads, or unique tubeless valves).
-
Every day, our private chef prepares balanced, high-performance menus using fresh, local ingredients. Beyond the meals, the chef (who works with Olympic and Pro athletes) will share insights on how to fuel for peak performance and recovery.
-
Yes. Whether you have allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary preferences, our chef will tailor your plates. Please mention this in your application form; we will confirm every detail during our Selection Call.
-
Yes. High-quality sports nutrition from our partners is provided for the rides. Additionally, our chef prepares "homemade" performance snacks daily to keep your energy levels optimal.
-
We offer two premium options:
Private Suite: A luxury suite with a Queen-size bed and private bathroom (ideal for individuals seeking total privacy or couples).
Twin Room: A spacious room shared with one other participant, in the true "Training Camp" spirit, featuring high-comfort single beds.
-
Yes. High-capacity washing machines and dryers are available for free at the Basecamp, allowing you to have a fresh kit ready for every morning session.
-
To guarantee an intimate and exclusive experience with the athlete, we strictly limit the camp to 10 active participants. Therefore, we cannot accommodate non-sporting partners. This ensures that every guest receives the full attention and mentorship they signed up for.
-
We organize group shuttles from Geneva Airport (GVA) and major nearby train stations (Geneva, Nyon, or Morez). Once your booking is confirmed, we will coordinate pick-up times based on the group's arrivals.
-
This is a vital step to ensure the camp is right for you. It allows us to discuss your goals, check your level to build the best possible routes, and answer any specific questions you may have before you commit.
-
Once your profile is validated during the call, you will receive a private payment link (valid for 24 hours). Your spot is officially secured upon receipt of the online payment (Credit Card).
